So our adventures on safari began on Sunday when we boarded a plane which reminded me of the planes I used to see in movies from WWII I’m fairly certain it was an original from the 1940s. We landed at a strip in the Mara which was just dirt with no airport building just our safari camp waiting for us with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
