Diary of a shrinking woman. Health and Weight Loss Blog. My Daily Meals and Exercise. I continued my fast for the most of the day and ended it with dinner. I just ate:. Baked chicken 72 calories. Dessert delight gum 5 calories. I didn't drink enough water today. Only 72 ounces. For exercise it was just 30 minutes of walking to and from work which burned 171 calories. I fasted so I had nothing to eat. The only thing I had was a stick of sugarfree gum that was 5 calories. 1 slice pineapple 40 calories.
