Dias Brazil are Reginaldo Dias (Trumpet, Flugehorn, Tuba, Vocals, Conch Shell, Percussion), Terry Sloan (Drums/Percussion, Backing Vocals) and and Iain Carleton (Guitars, Percussion). When playing as the Quartet Regi, Terry and Iain are joined on bass by Gil Hunter.

Garota de Ipanema (Girl from Ipanema). In August 2005 as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe the Dias Quartet successfully launched their first album, Terra Vermelha, at the North Edinburgh Arts Centre (NEAC) in Scotland. This album has received airplay, in particular on the Radio Scotland show 'Bebop to Hip-hop'.
