May 8, 2015. May 8, 2015. I love the light fluffy and fresh flavour of these scones perfect to cook with kids or impress your friends over a coffee morning. Time: 10mins prep and 20mins cooking. 1 cup diced strawberries. 2 tsps. vanilla. Cup and 2 tsps. honey. 1 cup almond flour. Cup 2Tbsp. coconut flour. 2 tsps. baking powder. Cup coconut milk melted and cooled if you are in UK. 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop 1 cup of strawberries. Let cool on the sheet for 10 minutes.
