Love isn't about being perfect. It's about being perfect for each other. Sunday, April 1, 2012. Saturday was amazing. I did my first triathlon! It was so much fun, my step mom, Michelle and I signed up for 4 more this summer :) we did a sprint, which is a 1/4 mile swim, a 12 mile bike, and a 5k run. It was so chaotic and intense transitioning between each leg, and I was freaking out practically the whole time, it was hilarious! Here we are setting up our stuff, wearing our fancy triathlon shirts :).

Monday, October 27, 2008. Digging Up the Time Capsule. I parked my car and locked the door as anxiety shot. Through my stomach. I approached the awaiting party realizing there was no need for my nerves to be acting up. Sitting on a brick bench of sorts outside of our childhood euphoria, were faces i owed so much of my own happiness. Ratish and i started on ski ball. And everyone sooned joined. We learned about eachother all over again. Ending the night with a round of miniture. How come Ryan didn't go?

I have the greatest boyfriend ever and he got me Britney tickets for christmas! 160;I know what you're thinking and you're right, how can their be bad news when i get to go to Britney Spears? 160;and here it is. She isnt here until middle of FrEaKiN' April! So, if anyone would like to go i am selling the tickets for $10 a piece! I would never sell these tickets! Love you all, Merry Christmas! I am soooooo excited!

Posted by Jamie at 9:06 PM. 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced mushrooms. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained. 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese. 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided. 1/3 c Parmesan cheese, divided. 1 pkg (8 oz) manicotti shells (14 shells), cooked, drained. 2 c spaghetti sauce. 2 Place in 9x13 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Posted by Jamie at 8:41 PM. 1/4 c finely chopped bacon. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cans (6.5oz each) minced or whole clams, undrained. 2 medium potatoes, diced (2 cups). 1/3 c chopped celery. 2 t chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 t dried thyme leaves. 1 can whole tomatoes, undrained. 1 In a large pot, cook bacon and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp and onion is tender; drain off fat. Posted by Janice at 8:41 AM. 1 lb ground beef. 1 c chopped onion. 1/2 c chopped green or red pepper. 28 oz diced tomatoes, juice included (I used one with basil, garlic an oregano in it). 30 oz can dark red kidney beans. 15 oz can chili (any kind). 1 T chili powder. 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic salt. 1/2 tsp. pepper (fresh ground preferred). Posted by Jamie at 3:32 PM. 4 c chopped, potatoes. 2 1/4 c. water. 2 1/2 c. milk. 1/2 t onion powder. 2 c grated cheddar cheese. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained. 1 cup bacon bits or crumbled bacon strips. 1 Cook potatoes until tender. Do not drain. 2 In a separate saucepan, combine the butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt, and onion powder. Stir often until thickened. 3 Add sauce to potatoes. Add cheese, corn, and bacon. Thanks! 1 lb mild sausage, casing removed (I used turkey sausage and it turned out FAB). 1 c onion, chopped. 2 large cloves garlic, chopped. 6 c beef stock/bouillon (chicken works well too). 16 oz can tomatoes, drained and chopped. 8 oz can tomato sauce. 1 lg zucchini, sliced. 1 lg carrot, sliced (or baby carrots). 1 med green pepper, diced. 1 t dried basil leaves.
