News & Articles. There is a better way to dive! Goliath Grouper Trip this August 17th/18th! June 24, 2013. Every August the Goliath Groupers aggregate off the coast of Palm Beach County Florida. This lasts until the end of September, and during the aggregation the area is literally flooded with Goliath Groupers up to 800#! News & Articles. There is a better way to dive! Troy Springs Cookout in the books. May 18, 2012. On May 12th we had a dive and cookout at Troy Springs. The water level was much lower than it had been, and the spring was greener than normal. There was even a guy diving a US Divers ABS Triple tank system! I’ll try to get some more photos up soon.
