There are a handful of users who get torrents stucked at 99% when they are using the MLDonkey binary from shadowandy. Seems like shadowandy has fixed the problem! Instead of symlinking "/tmp" to a directory on "/mnt/HD a2", he further tweaked the configurations of MLDonkey! Took out a few stuffs and MLDonkey is completing torrents like it always should!
