Monday, October 6, 2014. When I type that number above, I'm always shocked. I feel like I have been at this for weeks! Something might be working. After 5 days I can say I'm down 1 1/2 pounds. I have been using the bathroom over and over. I would say all the veggies and nuts. My goal might be 10 pounds. I say that because I have been trying to lose the same 5 pounds for 10 years. So maybe I need to have the goal of 10 pounds and watch from there. 1) No processed foods. Those are 10 of their 21 rules.

Friday, January 11, 2013. Just ate at this restaurant today called Coffee, Lunch. I called first and they explained they had salads and wraps that were gluten free. When I arrived they even had “ask us about Gluten Free items” written big at the front desk. Thought I would share. I had the Cesar salad and it was so good because they put two huge cheese crackers all hand made there, so you could even pick it up and eat with your fingers if you wanted. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Taco Mamacita, Nashville. Taco Mamacita has a gluten free menu! One thing, their chips are fried in the same oil with white flour fried foods. That was sad not to be able to each corn chips. The waiter brought me out some triangle corn shells as snack while others were munching down on corn chips. They are located on 1200 Villa Place (Edgehill and 16th Ave S). The cutest little shopping area with a dress shop, children's shop, desert shop ect. the whole experience was very nice.

Thursday, October 9, 2014. Messed up the last two meals. Here to confess. Last night I wanted pasta in the worse way. So I made it. It was incredible. Of course it was G-free. This morning I didn't have any fruit and was tired of eggs, so made g-free multi grain toast with butter. Oh wow. So good. As of day 10 of 30 I will get back to walking/exercising daily. As of day 10 of 30 I will eat more fruit. I have only had grain 3 times in the first 9 days. Which is pretty incredible for me. So there you go.
