I made it out of 3" foam block available at my local kayak store. It is mini cell foam used to install bulkheads, make thigh pads, seats, etc. in kayaks. Initially I bought the boat to do the race with my teenage son. He decided that it would be more fun to go on his Senior Trip with his friends. I have created several videos on my YouTube Channel.
