I have never made chili that didn’t have beans in it, and have never started it from scratch with fresh tomatoes… This recipe was sooooo good – and healthy! I got it from Beyond Diet. I didn’t have all these organic ingredients it called for, but substituted with what I could find. It was delicious! I didn’t even really miss them beans that much. 2 tsp butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured.
