Friday, August 22, 2014. Surprise and Hot Springs. Quick side note: I will be blogging about our Grand Canyon Rafting Trip as soon as we get everyone's pictures and videos. I still have yet to see everything, but I am so excited to see alll the footage! Now onto the great news we have! Colby got a JOB with CHEVRON as a Geoscientist (so smart! We are so excited and happy! Thank you to all who fasted and prayed and continued to pray for Colby to get this opportunity. We are so blessed! Today Is Our Day.

Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Rain, rain, and more rain. Rain, rain and more rain! We have had a lot of of it! I'm actually enjoying it! The thunder and lightning is my favorite part. But I don't like driving in it. But that is exactly what we did, so we could see Griffin, Ashland and there super cute girls! We drove up Thursday night which I was debating to even go because Wednesday (just the day before) they had a ton of tornadoes! We finally arrived super early Friday morning and we enjoyed the weekend!

Wednesday, June 18, 2014. A couple weeks back we took a trip to visit my sister and her husband in Austin, TX! We had a great time and on the way we met some friends of ours from BYU in San Antonio and went to Sea World with them! We enjoyed great food, company, and scenery! I even was able to play halo with my sister. This may come as surprise, but I love to play Halo with my sisters and brother. Growing up we never had video games and then my parents had a baby boy! We got soaked during this show!

Sunday, August 30, 2015. Colby and I took a quick 2 day trip to the Fort Davis Mountains and to the Balmorea Springs. We had a really great time and enjoyed the nice cool weather. It was perfect for camping, hiking and swimming! Balmorea is a spring that has been in the Texas desert forever! Its a little oasis in the middle of no where and gorgeous. Tuesday, November 18, 2014. These past few weeks not much has happened. I continue to go to work everyday and Colby goes to school. However, I have time today to write because I have been coughing up my lung! Before I got sick,Colby, Donny, baby R and I went on a hike to Upper Falls which is by Bridal Veil Falls. Saturday, August 15, 2015. For the past 10 days I have been living in Las Vegas watching my nephew baby John. My oldest sister and her husband went to Hawaii! I'm so happy they could go, but also jealous because I want to go to Hawaii.who doesn't? Look at that face! He has the most contagious laugh! Nitzen and my little sis enjoying their morning cuddle time. Learning to brush hair. He loves the park and going down slides. I just can't get over how cute he is! He would rather play two sports than one.

Thursday, September 25, 2014. Our first hike takes us to Stewart Falls. Donny and Alyssa and baby R were able to come with us. The fall leaves were coming in and it was just gorgeous! Geology term: Creep - slow downslope movement. It causes the trees to bend. Pretty neat! Next, we drove up to Squaw Peak and really enjoyed the view of Utah Valley. Friday, August 7, 2015. A few weeks ago our computer gave us the blue screen of death! It was a sad, terrible day. Since then I have had to go to the library to update the blog, but obviously I have not gone a lot because I have not been updating. So here it is! They live in such a cute neighborhood and have such a cute house! We can't wait to go back and see them again! Mitchell took this picture! He accidentally "cut off" his own head! I hadn't until I came here to Texas! It is a big thing here to do!

Friday, February 6, 2015. Grand Canyon Rafting Trip - Summer 2014. I meant to write this post long ago, but didnt. So Im writing it now. Over the summer Colby and I had the opportunity to raft the Colorado river through the grand canyon! Now flashback to my teen years. I had no idea that when I got older I would marry a super crazy family that are whitewater river rafters! But I love it!
