I’ve talked a lot about goals, and how I didn’t really seem to have one but I think I need one to keep moving forward. I have until March 18th. I didn’t weigh this morning so not sure how much it will really be. My guess is 10 pounds (after I drop my binge week weight spike). I have lots of random thoughts, I share some. A goal has been set.
