Surviving an MBA: A Girl's Guide: About Me
http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/p/bio.html

I grew up in Memphis, TN, but my parents have moved so often that I claim Fayetteville as “home.” I’ve spent the last five years here, and I am absolutely in love with this city (come visit in the fall and you’ll understand why). I spent four fantastic years in Walton and had the chance to study abroad three times – England, Japan, and Spain ( Study Abroad. And if I got in, yay! I kid you not, the next ...

I've been studying for three days.my brain has actually stopped absorbing information. So.blogpost! So, maybe writing a blogpost wasn't the best plan.now I feel MORE stressed. Great. Exam in an hour and my brain is still whirling around in a spinning rainbow of death and I can't find the force-quit button. Gonna go get more coffee and google "cute baby animals".

http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 21, 2011. No, I'm not dead. There was snow. I do apologize for the lack of updates. Life has been, how should I put it.jumbled. There was snow. Then ice ('cause the snow melted and re-froze). Then more snow. Then a little more snow. Here's a draft I typed up in the middle of it, but never published:. Okay, first, before you get to bored with this likely long update, I'd like to let you know about two fairly interesting events that will be happening at Walton soon. Classes are going well-...

http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 29, 2010. Just in case you need another reason to get your MBA, this is an example of what I've learned to do at work:. Disclaimer: I was just kidding. This is not an accurate picture of what I do at work. But did it brighten your day at all? Hope so. Happy Monday! Sunday, November 28, 2010. So, new plan: I do an assignment, and I get to put up a piece of decor. This will totally work.right? In other news, the Razorbacks won and are now #7 in the BCS (FINALLY, some recognition! http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 2, 2011. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.but there's all this crap in the way.". One of my group members said this last night, and I can't help but totally agree. We're SO CLOSE.but there's still SO MUCH TO DO? How is it that the last three weeks of the semester have been busier that all of the others (perhaps combined)? We're at least having a good time with it all. We're all so ready to graduate that we're occasionally delirious, which just makes life entertaining. Strategic Ma...

Surviving an MBA: A Girl's Guide: Study Abroad
http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/p/study-abroad.html
Oxbridge – Oxford and Cambridge, England, 2 months. With this program I had the opportunity to spend a month each at Cambridge and Oxford Universities studying “Legal Communication and Cultures” and “The History and Philosophy of Free Speech.” I was NOT a communications major, but I couldn’t pass up the chance to be a student at two of the world’s most prestigious universities. 8211; it was wonderful. Surviving an MBA: A Girl's Guide: Working at Dannon
http://mbagirlsguide.blogspot.com/p/working-at-dannon.html
One unique aspect about Walton is its proximity to the Walmart vendor community. Several years ago, Walmart informed all of its vendors that if they wanted to continue to do business in Walmart, they needed to have an office located in Bentonville. As such, every major company that sells to the largest retailer in the world has an office located 20 miles from campus – kinda neat, huh? As well as my ability to speak Spanish. I was given a second interview and accepted their offer almost instantly.
