It is about a man who is living a life expected of him and not one of his choosing. We can take small steps toward living the life we desire. Living from a place that makes us thrive. It does not mean we have to change our present circumstances all at once. We can take little steps. You want to be a dancer- create time to take a classes.

Yesterday I yelled at a co-worker.I have been known to raise my voice at times.It is something that I needed when I was younger ,I needed to be heard.But,today people are listening and there is no need for me to yell or talk loudly. I asked myself when do I yell or raise my voice.I realize it is when I feel. 3 I feel taken advantage of. 4 I 'm not being heard. 1)Be aware that there is no need to be afraid. 2)I can set limits on what I can and can not do. 3)Ask for what I need.

This weekend was my scheduled weekend to work.All the nurses have to work one weekend a month.I think all the hospital discharged all their patients on Friday,because my case load was extremely heavy.I started to feel overwhelmed and new I had to balance this situation somehow and still keep my commitment to my job.So,I reminded myself about my promise to build more fun in my life.
