Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Avery at 10 months. Hard to believe it, but Avery has reached many milestones in this last month! I love that she is so busy, but boy does she make this Momma tired! Here are some of her accomplishements:. WALKS and/or RUNS everywhere! Eats anything she can get her hands on. Her favorite "non foods" are books and toilet paper.hmmm.should I be worried? Just got done with antibiotics for her 5th ear infection. Takes juice from a sippy cup. Has 6 teeth: 2 on top and 4 on the bottom.

Monday, June 27, 2011. Last Thursday, the kids and I joined Sarah and her crew to visit the Zoo! It must have been a popular destination that week because it was SUPER crowded. We were able to see the animals and the sea lion show, but to Braden's disappointment, we didn't get a chance to see the sharks and sting rays or ride the train :( The babies couldn't have handled any more that day. I promised that our next trip would have those items at the top of the To Do list! My big kids on the carousel :).

Monday, January 16, 2012. Since my mom has rediscovered her love of sewing and quilting, I've been reaping the benefits. I have received a centerpiece for our bar table downstairs, a wine bag, a Christmas table runner, and now.CURTAINS! I've been looking all over for something simple that would fit my kitchen, but hadn't had luck. I told her what I wanted, picked out fabric, and viola! We are super excited to finally have window treatments again :) THANKS MOM! She's just getting too big!

Monday, April 4, 2011. God blessed us with FANTASTIC weather on Saturday and Sunday. It was a tad breezy, but the sun was brightly shining! By two o'clock the project was complete! All summer long Shane and I have talked about getting Mia a swingset, and as anyone with small children knows, this can turn into quite the investment. However, we lucked out that the office manager at Shane's work was looking to sell of a super nice wooden swingset that will last a very long time-and the price was much more reasonable-so we took advantage:). It did not take them very long-and then it was time to PLAY!
