Day 12 – Amarillo to Santa Fe. Today was quite an adventure. Never done any offroading on my Harley before, but this trip has been all about firsts, so why not! I visited my friends Nick and Laurel at their amazing home outside of Santa Fe. Nick warned me that it was 7 miles of dirt roads, but I wasn’t quite prepared for how rough parts of it was going to be. Saturday, August 13, 2011. Fixing Things That Are Broken. Angie has a problem with her knee joint and tried unsuccessfully to have it surgically repaired this summer in Price :-(. She is recuperating with Carlee's loving care:-). July 28, 2011. Mom/Grandma has an index finger that the joint has been destroyed by psoriatic. Arthritis and was just surgically fused :-(.
