I also believe that all women deserve to receive positive, supportive, and empowering maternity care. I enjoy being a doula, because it allows me to work closely with expectant and new mothers and their partners, offering continuous positive support and encouragement during one of the most important times of a woman's life.

One initial, complementary meeting. One or two prenatal visits in your home depending on your guess date. We will get to know each other better and discuss your hopes, dreams, and fears regarding your birth. Unlimited prenatal telephone/email support 24/7. If you wish, I will accompany you to a visit with your doctor or midwife. When you are in active labor and feel like you need my support, I will meet you at your home or hospital/birth center. I will help you initiate breastfeeding if you wish.
