Cinemaniacs HD: Fun's music video for "We Are Young" is a little too much like "Slow Dance" by Joe Cobden
http://cinemaniacshd.blogspot.com/2012/03/funs-music-video-for-we-are-young-is.html
Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Fun's music video for "We Are Young" is a little too much like "Slow Dance" by Joe Cobden. Watch these two videos and tell me that Fun did not steal inspiration from Joe Cobden's short film Slow Dance. We Are Young by Fun. Slow Dance by Joe Cobden. The director of Fun's music video also failed to evolve the concept and produced something that is less cohesive. We Are Young. Just shows a slow motion bar fight without the layers of directorial intention. Nice song, Fun, bad video.

http://cinemaniacshd.blogspot.com/2012/06/random-photos-avengers-edition.html
Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Random Photos - Avengers Edition. This makes me want to see it even more! I hope the bottom one is a screen shot from the movie. Avenger #1 - Original Published: September 10, 1963. 96 Grade recently sold. For a record $250,000. Captain America #1 was released March 1941. I wonder if his puke is the color of our skin. Was Thor a Nazi? I think this Black Widow pic speaks for itself. Poor Black Widow and Hawkeye didn't make the cake. Samuel L. Jackson is not MY Nick Fury. June 13,...

Cinemaniacs HD: Alternate Walking Dead Intros
http://cinemaniacshd.blogspot.com/2012/03/alternate-walking-dead-intros.html
Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Alternate Walking Dead Intros. This last Sunday was kind of weird. No Walking Dead, no Walking Dead review :( Since the show is not back until later this year I thought I would post some alternate Walking Dead Intros to get our Zombie fix . . . This one was done by Daniel M. Kanemoto and is so good, it rivals the actual Intro! Call it nostalgia or just bad taste, but there's something about this old style intro that warm's my little heart. Cinemaniacs HD: Best of Nick Cage Memes
http://cinemaniacshd.blogspot.com/2012/06/best-of-nick-cage-memes.html
Monday, June 25, 2012. Best of Nick Cage Memes. The internet loves to turn horrible efforts into something much more powerful by crowdsourcing the comedians and photoshop artists throughout the blogosphere. Here are a few of my favorite memes. (I would be sorry for this formal Coppola, but this type of attention is what keeps him employed despite his lack of range.). Nicolas Cage is a Vampire. Original c.1870 carte de visite showing a man who looks exactly like Nick Cage. Personally, I believe it...Corre...

Cinemaniacs HD: Many Many Titular (Title) Lines in Movies
http://cinemaniacshd.blogspot.com/2012/04/movie-titles-in-movies.html
Monday, April 2, 2012. Many Many Titular (Title) Lines in Movies. It is always jarring to hear the title of a film in a film. Rarely does a titular line come across as smooth dialogue. Regardless, here is a fun mashup of Title Lines from some great films. Also, do you remember the titular line in Star Wars. Or Out of Africa. Or the Return of the Jedi Titular Line? Here are a few more. Enjoy! Gregory R. R. Crosby. Posted by Gregory Crosby. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brought to you by.

Wednesday, April 4, 2012. A recent episode of "The Simpsons" (" Exit Through the Kwik-E-Mart. Had a fantastic homage to a familiar opening intro (covered in my previous post. There are a ton of details in here that die-hard fans will recognize. The Sigils from "Thrones" have their cartoon equivalents! Mr Burn's beloved bear Bobo makes and appearance, along with Krusty's cigar-smoking performing monkey Mr. Teeny. The kingdom of Evergreen Terrace comes into view- what, no Shelbyville? The tour is guided by...
