In fact, yesterday I was officially down 100lbs from my highest weight ever (which was a year before surgery)! I am still amazed at that each time I get on the scale. We are getting healthy as a family and anyone else who wants to join in! Who needs Biggest Loser? Thursday, July 29, 2010. Okay so this was a good week for me. Well actually a great week. After my up week last week i paid better attention. To the amount of food I was eating. I stopped before I was stuffed and waited to see if I was really hungry. Or not. It worked. Last week 255.6. This week 253.2. That is 2.4 lbs! Oh man that feels sooooo. Now I just want to keep it up! See you next week! Last week = 211.

This is the end of my 6th day of clear liquids (plus protien drinks), and I have lost 12lbs this week. It has been easier than I thought it would be.I am not really hungry, but I do want food.if that makes sense. I will not cheat though. Just not worth it. I have 8 more days of this.then on to the next step. My week and a half. Thursday, January 20, 2011. Bad habits = bad weigh in.

Thursday, July 8, 2010. So, camping at Greens Peak was so awesome. The weather was perfect. We didn't have any rain. It was cool to cold at night. Kevin went up the day before and got us a good spot. He tried to get in where the family usually goes but he got stuck. After he got out he went. Down to a spot near Carnero. Lake We were not right on the lake (too many mosquitoes. Shannon and Donald came and brought hammocks. Isaiah had hours of fun in this one. We brought the Weirs Cornhole. This is the life.
