Sunday, January 25, 2009. Ashlyn had her ballet and tap dance recital the other night and it was really cute to see these 4 year olds dance on stage at Pocatello High School. The night before we put her hair in curlers so she would have curly hair. Of course, the friends we left behind. Thank goodness I've got blogs, e-mail and text messages to stay in touch. Seeing the Rexburg temple everywhere I go. Girls, I sure miss you! Saturday, May 10, 2008. Grandpa and Torey took Kayla to Preston the the horse races while they worked. While they were there she met cousin Jake and he took Kayla for her first horse ride. I'm sad I missed it but from the sounds of it she had a blast running around and growling at the horses, and hanging out with Grandpa and Torey. Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Kayla got her first big girl bed on last Wednesday she loves it she played on it all day. It was so cute to see her excited about her bed. She has yet to sleep in it though but we are going to start making that transition next week. I tried to get her to take a nap in it but wanted her crib instead so very soon the crib has to go! Scary she will have more freedom though hopefully she will go to sleep as good as she has in her crib. Oh what a cuttie! Hope all is well with you!
