Dragons Abreast Bribie Island. Thursday, June 12, 2008. Morning tea for new Dragons on Bribie. Next Wednesday June 18 at 10am we are holding a morning tea at 22 Pacific Drive Banksia Beach to entertain our good supporters and raise funds for our new Dragonboat group. We are madly selling M&M's and we have arranged a meeting on July 22 at 6pm at our local R.S.L. to give more information to breast cancer survivors in the area about our Dragonboat project. Will keep everyone posted of devellopments.

This was a huge success and as well as pink cakes, used books, lavendar sachets, drinks, art work and M&M's we distributed information about "life after breast cancer" and have had interest from 3 potential new members.
