Insurance + Fees. I am paneled as an in-network provider with BC/BS of North Carolina. I am also paneled with BC/BS of South Carolina and BC/BS Federal, but I advise that you call and verify benefits for out-of-state services. For clients who do not have insurance or who wish to self-pay, my fees are:. 150 for the initial intake session (the first appointment). 125 for subsequent individual, couple, and family therapy, which is a 50-minute appointment. 75 for a 25-minute consultation meeting.
