At your office appointment Dr. Smith will determine the best location for your surgery. The location is determined by the type of surgery required and your medical condition. Most patients can be scheduled within a two week time period if no additional testing or records are needed. Surgery days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays depending on location. Do I pay before my surgery?

The Barnett Tower is adjacent to the East of the hospital on the corner of Washington Avenue and Junius Streets. Valet parking is available on the Washington Avenue side of the building between Gaston Avenue and Junius Street. The Valet attendants can assist you with obtaining wheelchair transport to our office if needed.

Insurances have changed tremendously we are not on every plan. Check with your insurance company to be sure we are a provider. Some insurance companies require a referral from your primary care physician. If your company requires a referral it will be your responsibility to provide this to our office.
