My First 5k and Beyond…. The Long Road Back. I was toast I was in bed super early last night I was done. March 16, 2017. 3 Comments on The Long Road Back. He used a small roller on the lower part of my left leg close to my ankle and when he did that, it was amazing there was even more movement and I could walk a little better. Dang it’s tight! I’m 47, haven’t run for nearly 4 months bar the very odd dreadmill session and some long walks. I really need to have a word with myself. Pride ain’t my friend. Job done, move on. Run again tomorrow.
