Just The Two Of Us. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. The first thing I thought of when I woke up Monday morning was "I can't believe the Saints are going to the Superbowl! But I am glad I hung in there. That was our "Saints" moment. It was awesome! The next big moment came when Heather and Bryan said they were going to have a huge superbowl party. Bryan was so excited he said I want, Shrimp, Crawfish and Ding Dongs and a King Cake! All of you who know Bryan know, he doesn't eat sugar, so that was huge!

As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints, one of my most favorite times of the year is fast approaching. It is General Conference weekend! I love that it comes around every 6 months. I love to sit in my house and listen to prophets apostles speak to us. I love getting my kids excited for it. I love helping my kids learn the names of the First Presidency and the 12 apostles.

Just The Two Of Us. Monday, October 10, 2011. So what did you do last Saturday? You won't believe what I was doing, I hardly believe it myself. I was at home being filmed for a documentary! Yes there were 7 film crew here in my home at 8am. Camera people, sound people, a director, lighting people, it was different. I only had about a week or less to prepare, it was overwhelming at times just thinking about it. They wanted to tell "Staci's Story", thats the working title. I hope they keep it, I like it.

Sure enough, if you are going to listen to Conference, one of the best ways is to do it "High on the Mountain Top" :) Of course, even if it was 90 degrees in Tucson, don't forget your jacket like I did. It was only 53 degrees up there! This face looks like it belongs to a Norman Rockwell painting to me. Growing up too fast! What did I tell you about Food Dyes? Yes, it was cold!
