Adventures en el carro. A drive through Central America. A week of ruins. On the road again…. June 18, 2010. Throughout the cave we had to swim numerous times, but were rewarded at the end with untouched artifacts and human remains. The archeologists say the human remains were from human sacrifices sent up to the gods. The tour was an unforgettable experience. We spent some time in the nearby ruins of Xunantunich and in the hot afternoons we spent our time swimming in the Rio Frio pools. A week of ruins.
