Saving my life one step at a time. July 5, 2015. Bellying up …. There is no shortage of opinions out there comparing the pros and cons of running outside or on a treadmill and I have my own list. While running outside is the hands-down winner for so many reasons fresh air, scenery, accuracy in distance, accuracy in effort, variety and many more, there are times when the treadmill just fits the bill. Besides the only hills I have to contend with at this point are those I create with the push of a button.

Saving my life one step at a time. July 16, 2015. BMR bummer …. Thank goodness the treadmill with the floor fan pointed at it was not in use when I got to the gym. It was feeling pretty warm, upstairs close to all that glass where the sunshine (I know, I know sunshine and the coast of Oregon sort of a contradiction of terms) comes.
