Recipes Yo Mama would Steal! Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Mock Cafe Rio Pork. My first experience with Cafe Rio food was a special LDS Girls' Camp fundraiser dinner. I had the pork salad and the hubbs had a pork burrito. Holeee smokes! It was SOO good! I et the whole thang! Then, I went to an actual Cafe Rio Restaurant and it was so similar to the homemade fundraiser stuff, that I though, " I can make this at home (for cheap)! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does- -and the meat freezes well!
