Sunday, September 26, 2010. Was at the cottage for the weekend without my computer so this update is late. Things continue to progress. Weight has reached 140. My weeks are beginning to seem normal in the sense I am doing 'old' stuff I used to do. This week finished the content for the newsletter and taped the podcast that goes with it. Saturday, December 4, 2010. The Best of the Season to all of You! Hello all. Missed you these past 4 weeks but updates on miniscule improvements would have been boring. Over the course of a month however such improvements are more noticeable. Weight was 147 this morning and I am clearly in a lot better shape.
