Friday, July 3, 2009. From Watson Lake to Whitehorse. To tell the truth, the road from Watson Lake to Whitehorse just isn't that fantastic. I mean, it's still cool and all, but compared to everything else, it's just not that memorable, unless you see something interesting on the side of the road. Note what's left of the shotgun. I was surprised to see it, assuming Canadians just couldn't own firearms. I was wrong. Until we stopped for chow. And whom do we meet? Hamming it up in front of his *new* Ural.

Friday, July 3, 2009. Watson Lake and Hwy 4. So we break into Watson Lake and ride past the Sign Forrest, but it was getting kinda late so we didn't stop in. Brauhausbier loves all things beer. Hwy 4 going Northwest out of Watson Lake. We went about 50 miles up Hwy 4 until we found a campground. It was navigating the campsite that I realized that I didn't have 1st gear!
