April 29, 2015. April 29, 2015. We all have anxieties, worries, and fears. What are you scared of? Address one of your worst fears. These anxieties and fears have always been with me most of my life. I’ve always been this way. Now that I’m getting older, my biggest fear is that my fear is holding me back, and will continue to hold me back. I know what I want, and fear keeps me from going after it. These fears keep me in place. In exactly the same place, exactly as I am. And that is my biggest...You know,...

STARING AT MY CEILING. Students: Because I was probably a serial killer in a previous life…. April 9, 2016. April 9, 2016. I was very excited joining academia. I was going to be Tom Hanks, revealing secrets in Rome. I was going to be Robin Williams, standing on tables while changing lives and molding future leaders. Somewhere, somehow, some kid will call me oh captain, my captain. Well, it turns out I’m more. This lecturer can read. We know this because that’s pretty much all they do. You get so ...Remem...

Sell crazy someplace else. We're all stocked up here. Melvin Udall. March 22, 2016. There is something magical about musical theatre. There is an electricity that fills the air when the lights come up on the stage. You can feel the music rush through your veins. Your face hurts from smiling and your skin gets stained with tears. You connect with the story on such a deeper level than watching a movie. The stage is a magical place. PSA – School Etiquette. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

I bring this lesson to you as a public service announcement (PSA), so it can be shared with others. I feel that it is my fault for neglecting to realize the need for this message to be out there. But this teacher saw the need for this lesson today. So, like my old principal said, “See a need, fill a need.”. An Open Letter to an Absent Father. March 9, 2016 at 2:07 am. Create a free w...

I had so much resentment towards you for making me pick up the pieces of the child that you broke in pieces every time you broke a promise or failed to call. Now I just feel sorry for you. Or, Why doesn’t he want to see me? PSA – School Etiquette. 2 thoughts on “ An Open Letter to an Absent Father. March 5, 2016 at 1:18 pm.

Sell crazy someplace else. We're all stocked up here. Melvin Udall. May 31, 2016. June 3, 2016. About 2 weeks ago, I got a phone call. That little brother of mine was dead. His dad found him on the living room floor. He had a syringe in his pocket. No one knew. WRONG So, so wrong. It’s everywhere. It can affect ANYONE. If can happen to people who are happy and LOVED. It can happen to people who have families who would do ANYTHING to help them if only they knew. What is the lesson in all of this?
