Psychometric Testing for WM Training Interventions. I am currently collaborating with Yoni Donner at Stanford University, in online studies looking at pre and post-training measures of cognition before and after working memory training. The objective of the testing is to provide a kind of ‘cognitive profile’ where the criteria adopted are:. Fast but valid and reliable online tests – with an emphasis on optimization. Easily integrated with online intervention programs. Clearly interpretable for users.
