Thoughts of a Dublin Tour Guide. Thursday, March 7, 2013. I used to think it was gold. Have gold. Hurray! But it’s more than just that. The golden harp has been a symbol of Ireland for around a millennium (see here. All that speaks to me more. So why isn’t the flag of Ireland? Well, because it’s already the flag of Leinster. Our tricolour was first flown in public on the Mall in Waterford City on March 7th 1848. And we commemorate its anniversary today. Don’t know which one, though. ;).

Just another WordPress.com site. Cathy Huynh memorial game and ICC live pop. November 11, 2012. August started off quite depressingly. A friend of mine from Osan (Cathy Huynh) sadly passed away while on vacation in Vietnam. So I decided that a memorial should be done for her. Cathy used to play and cheer on the local soccer team Osan city FC so the team had a minutes silence for her memory. Tshirt made for the memorial and some pictures of Cathy.
