Thursday, July 24, 2014. Dumb as a Box of Rocks. Our Shiawassee County Commissioners are just plain dumb as a box of rocks. You may not believe it, at this point, but I am actually being nice when I say that. Some of them are dumb by their own choosing. Some are just too lazy to actually dig in and learn their job.
