My 2 cents worth: My Son My Inspiration

http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2011/02/my-son-my-inspiration.html

My 2 cents worth. Friday, February 18, 2011. My Son My Inspiration. My older son has always been a pessimist. I always blamed it on the "prednisolone" course that I was on when I was around 28 years old when I accidentally got pregnant with him. It was a sad ordeal as my doctor suggested that I abort the foetus given the reason I was on strong dosage of steroid and it could affect the foetus in some ways or other. Son, give your BEST, NOTHING is impossible! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I grew up i...

My 2 cents worth: August 2009

http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html

My 2 cents worth. Monday, August 10, 2009. For over 35 years I have been suffering. Many times I have asked myself "Why me? Why am I made to suffer? I have on occassion "tarok" some irritating people (in particular the "insensitive husband" who should know better than to assume that everyone is in the pink of health) by accusing them of "not understanding how I felt." Touche! Anyway, back to the story. I was really glad to hear that Mrs Ong was feeling so much better. Certainly this home spa appe...

My 2 cents worth: God is kind to me

http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2011/02/god-is-kind-to-me.html

My 2 cents worth. Monday, February 21, 2011. God is kind to me. My eyes caught this man carrying a tray of food at the food court and suddenly our eyes met.I immediately gazed elsewhere just in case he felt that I was staring at him, paying attention to his lost of one arm. I could have smiled at him or given him a nod.but the mind was not working that fast when all these happened. To avoid the awkwardness, I gazed elsewhere. Were the stares out of sympathy, curiousity or just mere "what has she"? Life i...

http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html

My 2 cents worth. Thursday, November 18, 2010. Carbonated drinks make my skin itch. I have been a good girl for the past months.trying so hard to avoid carbonated drinks. BUT a family gathering or eating out sessions will destroy that determination of mine.sigh. Seeing others order Coke, 100Plus and the likes, I will steal a sip or two from my kids' to quench my thirst for these sweet drinks. The more you drink, the more you yearn for it.sounds familiar? Monday, November 8, 2010. After spa, I will pat dr...

My 2 cents worth. Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Chinese New Year - a time to indulge for most. But REFRAIN for some.me included. YesI have been looong lost in my own material world again.cleaning, dusting, cooking, nagging, chasing after the kids to complete their tasks be it homework or home chores.NEVER ending.that's life. http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

My 2 cents worth. Saturday, September 11, 2010. School hols is over. In a blink of an eye, one week passes so fast that the new school term is starting again. For those kids who are taking their PSLE, I am sure they are starting to feel the stress and jitters.I hope parents are not too harsh on them as it may give them additional stress and sleepless nights. Somehow, if our children can understand, nothing matters more to us than their well being. I went to the website http:/ www.vitabiotics.com/. And ma...

My 2 cents worth. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Menopace was recommended to me by my GP some 2 weeks ago. What is this for? This is a nutrition pack created by pharmacists and nutritionists for peri menopausal women. In the web there is a group of women who have taken this product and shared their experiences and views on their well being. Some experienced only short period relief whilst others experienced great improvements in their quality of life. The doctor advised that I should be taking the products co...

http://meiwei195.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html

My 2 cents worth. Monday, November 5, 2007. This is a nice song with a catchy tune. The lyrics are meaningful which is why I can continue listening to this song over and over again. I have included the lyrics below if anyone's interested. Ku Juga Mencintaimu by Saiful. Sukarnya 'tuk ku melupakan. Sinar matamu yg menawan. Tika kau lafaz kata cinta. Seakan sukar ku percaya. Ku juga mencintai dirimu. Mengapa sukar ku luahkan. Bukan sengaja ku menahan. Bibir membeku lidah terkelu. Ku juga mencintai dirimu.
