After class, Ben raised an interesting issue with respect to this play… we didn’t get a chance to talk about the structural and poetic aspects of the lines. Think about line length, rhyme scheme, syntax, vocabulary… how does “Second Shepherds'” compare with the other texts we’ve read in terms of the poetic line?
