It's perfect for spring and tastes great with a nice spiral ham. 16 ounces baby carrots. 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed. In a skillet, bring carrots, brown sugar, water, butter, and salt to boil. It was an oral history and learning exchange between seniors and youth of the Tantramar region of New Brunswick, Canada.
