Sunday, June 12, 2011. APPLE PUDDING WITH PRALINE TOPPING. CONDENSED MILK -1 TIN. PUREED APPLES -1 CUP. GELATIN -2 TBLSPN DISSOLVED IN 1/4 CUP WATER. GRATED APPLES -1/4 CUP. BOIL MILK AND CONDENSED MILK IN A SAUCE PAN. ADD APPLE PUREE TO THIS AND KEEP ASIDE. DISSOLVE THE SOAKED GELATIN BY DOUBLE BOILING METHOD. ADD THE GELATIN MIX TO APPLE MIX SLOWLY WITH CONSTANT STIRRING. KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR TO SET FOR ATLEAST 4 HRS. WHEN THE PUDING IS SET PREPARE PRALINE COATING. FOR THIS CARAMALISE SUGAR IN A PAN.

9829;Hot and Spicy Mayonnaise Prawn Fry.♥. This was one of our lunch menu today. I've actually quit eating prawn but still cook it for my dear family who really love seafood unlike me. I don't really fancy seafoods except for fried fishes. My Hubby and son can eat prawn and crab anytime. For me, the gravy alone is enough. Here's another prawn dish from my kitchen. My son enjoys it, though it's little spicy due to addition of bird's eye chilli. HOT and SPICY MAYONNAISE PRAWN FRY. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
