Sábado, 2 de julio de 2011. 2 tazas de harina. 2 cucharadas de manteca vegetal. 1 cucharadita de sal. 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear (rexal). 1/2 taza de agua tibia. Mezcla la harina, con la sal y el polvo para hornear. Vacia la harina sobre la mesa y agrega la manteca vegetal, mexcla con tus manos, hasta que la manteca y la harina esten completamente incorporadas. Ya que tengas una bola de masa suave y firme, amasala con tus manos por dos o tres minutos.
