By : mba dewi anwar. 1 Ekor (1kg) ayam kampong utuh. 1 ½ sdt gula pasir. 1000 ml air utk merebus. 1 sdm minyak goreng. 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 2 butir bawang merah, cincang halus. 2cm jahe, iris halus. 1 batang serai memarkan. 300 kg beras (ganti 50gr beras dng 50gr ketan putih). 300 ml kaldu ayam.

Senin, 20 April 2009. 3 butir kemiri sangrai. 1/2 sdt merica butiran sangrai. 2 cm kunyit sangrai. Ayam yang direbus pake api kecil. 2 batang daun bawang, iris melintang. 1 batang sereh memarkan. 2 lbr daun jeruk. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus ampe wangi. Tambahin daun bawang, serah, daun jeruk, aduk sampe layu. angkat. Tuang ke dalam kaldu ayam. masak kembali di api kecil sampe bumbu meresap. Tiriskan potongan ayam, suwir2 kasar. Toge, seduh dgn air mendidih. Suun, rebus dgn air mendidih, potong2.

Macaroni schotel by dewi. Jumat, 01 Mei 2009. 2 dada ayam yang udah direbus terus potong dadu. 1 bawang bombay gede, cincang. 4 bawang putih, cincang. Kurang lebih 4 sdm tepung terigu, tergantung tingkat kekentalan yg di inginkan. 900 ml susu cair. 3 butir telur, kocok lepas. Garam, merica secukup nya. Tapi hasilnya enak lho. walaupun untuk selera gw resep yang pertama lebih gw suka, karena emang dasarnya gw doyan banget coklat. sekali lagi itu soal selera. tapi kalo sometimes pngen bikin brownies, tapi males lama2 di dapur, or pengen yang ringan, resep ke dua bisa dicoba. Oia, foto ini dibuat di dalam kereta argo anggrek tujuan surabaya, jadi foto nya aga2 blur gitu deh karena goyang dangdut di kereta. :). Diposkan oleh dapoer dewi. Link ke posting ini.

Jumat, 31 Oktober 2008. Karena sekarang lagi musim mangga, dan mangga sedang murah2 nya, dan gw cinta banget sama mangga, diputuskan, gw harus buat puding mangga! Akhirnya dengan referensi resep dari indah (thanks ya indah), dan beberapa penyesuaian jadilah puding mangga seger made in dewi. hasilnya? Enak banget, secara gw fans berat puding. seger. wah kaya nya sebelum musim mangga berakhir, gw harus sering2 bikin nih. hehe. 4 butir putih telur (aku 5). 2 bungkus agar-agar putih. Rasa nya baru kemarin kita makan bareng di rumah, buka puasa bareng. kalo ada papa pasti harus ada pecel kan pa, terus teh panas di gelas yang gede itu. khusus buat papa. :). Mudah-mudahan mama diberi kekuatan, kesabaran dan keikhlasan ya pa. dan mama diberikan ganjaran yang setimpal, aamiin. Mm apalagi ya. itu dulu deh papa, kapan2 kita sambung lagi. hehe. semacam cerita bersambung gitu. I love u papa. and miss u deeply, truly, terribly.
