Some of my friends love fishing. Lucky me, they sometime bring me very fresh fish! Snapper is the common fish to catch here. I was not so fun of grilled snapper, as it is quite dry. Before grill it changes the flavour and the meat become tender and juicy. In to small pieces and re-hydrate them. Pour soy sauce over.
