I use bread flour for my pizza dough because it creates a much lighter, crispy dough than if I were to use all-purpose flour. I also use a pizza stone and pre-heat the oven with the pizza stone on the bottom rack. I wanted to make this pizza very simple so I only topped it with pizza sauce, sliced mozzarella cheese, and basil. It came out absolutely delicious and the crust was perfect. New York Style Pizza.
