Maybe it’s because it’s summer, and cooking over a hot stove just seems like a terrible idea, or perhaps it’s because I’m trying to eat better. Why waste time and money going to the store for a pre-made crust when you can whip one up in the comfort of your home while rocking those fabulous flannels jammies with the cute little kitty cats on them. Oh, not everyone does that? That’s just me? Let’s get cookin’. 1/4 cup of good ol’ fashioned salted butter, melted. Refrigerate the crust for at least one hour to prevent crumbling. July 16, 2015.
