The last few weeks have seen a steady drop each week in the post-fast weight (now down to 11st 12.75lb again) and a real loosening of the next notch of the belt. However, each week has also seen a big bounce on the pre-fast weight to 12st 2-3lb, so it feels like two steps forward and three steps back! 8221; from the kids. Well let’s see what happens! It’s officially a year since I saw the Horizon programme and decided to start immediately on the five two fasting regime. I’ve succeeded in fasting most weeks over that time and have now maintained my weight loss of 1 stone since May – this morning’s weigh in was 12st 1.25lb. The belt is still two notches tighter too! Other times, the fast has just had to wait.
