Thursday, September 29, 2005. Top e Filing Errors. In e-filing experiences to date, the most common errors (and their solutions) are:. Not using the event (menu item) appropriate to the document to be filed. Go to Reports, Menu Listing, and select the appropriate (Civil or Criminal) report. Control-F will open a FIND dialog and you can search for keywords to find the menu item you need. Not using s-slash to sign a document. Remember to do it! Not emailing Word Perfect version of proposed orders to judges.

Revisions include a clarification that a registered CM/ECF Filing User must. File all documents electronically except those which are required to be filed in paper. Electronic filing is mandatory. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Tenth Circuit Moves To Electronic Filing. From the Tenth Circuit (March 18, 2009) marks the Circuit's move to electronic filing. " On March 31, 2009, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit will transition to voluntary ECF. On June 1, 2009, ECF will become mandatory for counsel of record." Thursday, June 30, 2005. The formerly active file bins for paper destined for paper file folders are empty, a result of the CM/ECF transition to electronic files. Now, the docketing process places documents in the electronic file, and no paper case file is needed. Saturday, April 30, 2005. Conversion of the database ended at 1:30 am Saturday April 30th. Early Saturday afternoon, court staff came in to docket and otherwise test the database.
