Sunday, May 31, 2015. Sunday Sew-Day: Mother Knows Best. The bond between mother and child is a unique one, isnt it? Oh Hmm. Well, maybe thats just my mom. Anywho, my mom recently sent me a too-large hot pink polka dot dress someone else had given her and a black and white polka dot tank top she hadnt worn in years. Thursday, May 28, 2015. Thrift Style Thursday: Pastel Perfection. At first glance, I didnt think Kristi. Nope, apparently not. What can I say? Sunday, May 24, 2015. Thursday, May 21, 2015.

Carissa Knits: Clothes Swap Haul
http://www.carissaknits.com/2015/05/clothes-swap-haul.html
Sunday, May 17, 2015. This week, I had the pleasure of attending the Spring 2015 Fabulous Ladies Clothes Swap hosted by Echo Theatre. Much fun was had and many a garment accompanied me home. There were a couple goofy t-shirts I just couldn't resist - a blingerific smiley face and Cap'n Funny Bones! There was a semi-sheer top with solid sleeves and back. I also got a 100% silk Ralph Lauren sweater and a blue shell with no tag, but I believe it's also silk. And then there were the refashionables. This ...

Up on the Stage: Impressions of a Forensics Judge (Pt. 3) - Policy Debate
http://scottmartindale.blogspot.com/2015/02/impressions-of-forensics-judge-pt-3.html
Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Impressions of a Forensics Judge (Pt. 3) - Policy Debate. When I first decided to start judging again, I had intended not to judge any C-X Policy debate. I did wind up judging a few rounds at one tournament, and my reasons for not wanting to were validated. To call this a public speaking event would be a farce. Policy debaters speak entirely too rapidly (called. I actually struggle to think of any value to this event. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Upcoming Shows to See.

Up on the Stage: July 2008
http://scottmartindale.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 11, 2008. I trekked over to Bass Hall in Fort Worth with my good friend, Lonny, to see Avenue Q. Last night. We sat in the Upper Gallery Center section, and although I did have to hold onto the railing to prevent a mild case of vertigo, I must say that those "nosebleed" seats are far superior to the third balcony at the Music Hall in Dallas. But, he ended up thoroughly enjoying the show as well. Now that I've seen the show, it is much more understandable how it beat out Wicked. Music Theatre...
