Mei 14, 2012. Begin april ben ik gestart met Start 2 Run, in een loopvereniging. Da’s goed omdat ik mij dan meer gemotiveerd voel om het vol te houden. Da’s evenzeer goed omdat ik nu eindelijk weer es 3 dagen per week wat beweging heb. Vanavond kon ik niet naar de loopclub gaan voor de training, en dus had ik besloten om in mijn eentje te gaan lopen. In ’t park achter ons deur.
