It reinforces what i said a while back about the cash for clunker debacle. The government never should have gotten involved in the automotive industry. It did and with not a bit of regard for the used car industry. What? Are we second class citizens? Does anyone in the government ever buy a used car? Oh, I'm sorry, Not for 3000 or 4000 dollars!
