So last night The Boy and I are talking about what to do about the Kitchen Debacle of 2005 and I say that I think if we're going to refinance in the near future (like within a year) we need to redo the kitchen and the floors first because when we get the house appraised, that will increase the value of our house significantly. Saturday, March 26, 2005. So Much To Say. Woooow it's been a busy 3 months. Biggest news: Boy and I bought a house. That's exciting. :) We just got our keys on Wednesday. Now comes the fun part of fixing it up — and moving. again. (Photos are posted in the top of the gallery — link is at the right of the page.). Vivi is coming to visit Monday through Wednesday. It will be nice to see her friendly face again — it's been more than a while. I think the last I saw her was. Fourth of July? Ziggy is not a dud!
