Here are the recipes:. 1 large cucumber, peeled and seeded. 1 container of sour cream. 2 tbs chopped dill (fresh or dried). 1 tbs olive oil.

Christmas is a great time to make pecan pie too though! 1 1/2 - 2 cups of pecans (whole, chopped, pieces, any work)*. 1 cup of clear Karo syrup. 1 cup of brown sugar. 1/3 cup melted (cooled) butter. You can use any type of nuts really, walnuts or hazelnuts should also be nice. 1 3/4 cup Butter Flavored Crisco 2 tbsp*. 2 tbsp ice water. You can substitute half and half butter and Crisco if you like.

We made this recently using pizza dough from Wegmans and our homemade sauce and meatballs (recipe to follow shortly). It was delicious! You could of course swap out the toppings with anything you wish, but these made a tasty combination. Dough for one pizza (we bought fresh at Wegmans, but if you're ambitious you could try Alton Brown's recipe. 1/4 cup good tomato sauce.

What better time for two of my all-time favorite comfort foods. Also, my all-time favorite soccer team is playing an important game this afternoon, so there will be soccer-watching and eating! Soccer and meatloaf just go together. Especially when the club is Chelsea. For my version of it, you will need:. 2 lbs of ground beef, preferably not too fatty.

The colours are just pretty.). 3/4 -1 block of Sharp Cheddar cheese. 3/4 - 1 block of white cheese (Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack, or Kashkaval even! 1 jar Green Olives cut in halves. 1 can of jumbo Black Olives cut in slices. 1-2 Fresh Tomatoes diced. 1 jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts. 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped. Oregano to taste (at least 1-2 tablespoons).

Mix the flour,salt,baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Separate the egg yolk and mix it with milk using a whisker. Heat the pan and grease the pan with butter.
